Zachary M Dunn

Zachary M. Dunn, age 60, formerly of Troy, died at his residence in Upper Sandusky of an apparent heart attack on Friday Nov. 21, 2014 at 2:13pm. He was born on Oct. 25, 1954 in Wheeling W.V. to James Jay and Geraldine (Pakle) Dunn. He is survived by his fiance Jeanne Pelfrey his companion for the last eight years of Upper Sandusky, two daughters Jackie Lynn (Kent) Corey, North Ft. Myers, FL, Stephanie M. Dunn, Perrysburg, a son Zachary (Megan) Dunn II, Bradner, two grandchildren Gemma Mae Dunn, Gordon Jacob Corey, two sisters, Pamela (Nial) Williams, Huntersville, N.C., Kimberly (Jim) Yardlay, Troy, also surviving are step children Jacob, Jeremiah, Julian “Jay” Pelfrey, Jillian (Matt Benecke) Pelfrey. He is preceded in death by his father, brother Jimmy Dunn, nephew Jason Dunn and niece Natalie Yardlay. Mr. Dunn graduated from Troy High School and Lincoln Tech Automotive College of Indianapolis, IN. He was a certified master mechanic and owned and operated Zach's Sohio in Woodville. He became a sales representative and was employed by Industrial sales and had also been employed at Matthews Industrial in Bowling Green and ESCO Manufacturing in Bucyrus. Mr. Dunn was presently employed at M-Tech Corp. in Upper Sandusky. He enjoyed working on cars, riding motorcycles, listening to old rock in roll music, caring for his pet dogs and sharing time with his friends. His knowledge allowed him to fix everything that was broken. Mr. Dunn was a member of the Moose Lodge #1093, AmVets #777, both of Upper Sandusky, and Eagles Lodge of Upper Sandusky and Bowling Green. A funeral service will be held Wed. Nov. 26, 2014 at 10:30am in Bringman Clark Funeral Home with Steve Sturgeon officiating. Visitation will be held Tues. Nov. 25, 2014 from 2-4pm, 6-8pm and an hour before services on Wed. in the funeral home.
