Kendra Lee (Wolf) Young

With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Kendra Lee (Wolf) Young on April 15, 2025, at the age of 45. A beloved wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, Kendra touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Kendra was born on December 29, 1979, in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, to Jerry and Debra (Bennett) Wolf. She grew up in Upper Sandusky, attending Upper Sandusky High School, and later pursued her passion for early childhood education at The Ohio State University, where she earned her degree. Kendra was a born teacher, a devoted caregiver, and a passionate advocate for every child's happiness. She had a deep love for creativity and adventure, often found dancing, enjoying music, and spending cherished time with her loved ones. Known for her infectious smile, warm hugs, and vibrant spirit, Kendra’s humor, kindness, and enthusiasm lit up every room she entered. She was truly one of a kind, and her absence will be felt profoundly. When you think of Kendra, remember the joy she brought into your life. Celebrate the laughter, the love, and the memories. Life is short and precious—Kendra lived hers to the fullest. Kendra is survived by her loving husband, Josh; her parents, Jerry and Deb; her sister Shera and Shera’s wife, Courtney; her brother Jeremy and his wife, Alicia, along with their children, Bailee, Colton, and Easton; and her brother Shay and his fiancée, Natalie, and their son, Graham. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nelson and Alice Wolf, and Edward and Mary Bennett, as well as her beloved niece, Halli Wolf. A private funeral and burial will be held with Pastor Steve Sturgeon officiating. A celebration of life gathering will be on Friday April 25, 2025, from 3pm-6pm at Trinity Evangelical Church in Upper Sandusky.
