Regina K. Gabriel

Regina K. Gabriel age 95 of Upper Sandusky, died at Fairhaven Health Care Community at 2:15AM on Fri, March 13, 2009. She was born to the late Albert and Rose (Jonas) Joseph on January 21, 1914 in Upper Sandusky. She married Frank Gabriel on April 15, 1950 in Carey, OH and he preceded her in death as well as a daughter, Dorothy (Dottie) Binau, and a grandson, Kevin Binau. She is survived by a daughter, Martha Bennett and her husband Clyde of Hillard, OH, and son-in-law Donald Binau of Upper Sandusky, grandchildren, Dan & Kathy Binau, Upper Arlington, OH, Richard & Pam Binau, Fremont, OH, Brian & Sara Binau, Huston, TX, Suzanne Binau, Bucyrus, OH, Jeff & Patty Bennett, Roseau, MN, Randy & Carole Roys, Upper Arlington, OH, there are 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as a cousin Shihadeh Kandah of Deerborn Heights, MI. Regina was a homemaker and served as a Past Director of the former Harpster Bank, she and her late husband owned and operated Grain & Livestock Farms, where she stayed active in the management of them. She was a 1931 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School, and a member of the Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church, the Rosary Altar Society, and Hospital Guild. She enjoyed traveling and eating out with community friends, playing cards and she was a member of several card clubs and her doors were always open to her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 10:30AM at the Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church, with Father Robert Dendinger officiating burial will follow in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Upper Sandusky, OH. Friends and family may call at the Bringman Clark Funeral Home from 6-8:00PM on Monday March 16, 2009. A prayer service will be held at 7:45PM Monday. Memorials may be made to the Kevin A.
