Anthony L. “Tony” Parsell, age 64 of Mt. Blanchard died Thurs. Jan. 25, 2018 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. He was born Mar. 8, 1953 in Upper Sandusky to the late Lewis B. & Patricia Ann (Flowers) Parsell. He married Cindy Driesbaugh and they later divorced. Mr. Parsell is survived by two sons Bryan (Shalyn) Parsell, Carroll, Dana (Roxanne) Parsell, Van Buren, ten grandchildren, and two sisters Brenda (Greg) Clark, Westerville, Connie (David) Salucci, Arlington. He was employed by the Whirlpool Corp. of Findlay for forty years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Parsell helped coach youth baseball in Mt. Blanchard. He enjoyed attending all of his children & grandchildren's athletic events. Mr. Parsell was an avid OSU Buckeyes fan. He loved the Cleveland Browns & Indians...and that is what killed him. A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Sat. Feb. 17, 2018 at Clark Shields Funeral Home with Rev. Rex Roth officiating. Interment will follow in Hueston Cemetery, Forest. Visitation will be held from 9:30AM until the time of the service on Sat. Feb. 17, 2018 at Clark Shields Funeral Home.
