Barbara J. Beamer

January 1, 1933 - April 24, 2022

Barbara J. Beamer age 89, of Upper Sandusky, died Sun. Apr. 24, 2022 at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She born Jan. 1, 1933 in Delaware Co. to the late Gerald C. and Virgia L. (Sturgeon) Seidler. She married Dwight C. Beamer on Aug. 15, 1954, he preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 2003. Surviving are daughters Karen (Stephen) Castanien and Debra (Franklin) Hines, both of Upper Sandusky, a son Dan Beamer, Harpster, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Sarah Beamer, a sister Patricia Adkins, brothers Donald Seidler and James Seidler. Mrs. Beamer retired from the Upper Sandusky School System where she was a cook in the food service department. She was member of Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church where she served on many different committees. She was a member of the Wyandot County Farm Bureau. She enjoyed reading, baking especially cookies for the grandchildren, quilting, needle point, writing stories and poems, and collecting figurines such as snowmen, birds and houses. Funeral services will be held at 11:30AM Thurs. Apr. 28, 2022 in the Bringman Clark Funeral Home with Pastors Jim Stauffer and Steve Sturgeon officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wed. Apr. 27, 2022 from 4:00-6:00PM at the funeral home.
