Randy E. Boose

February 20, 1959 - February 28, 2022

Randy E. Boose age 63 of Forest died Mon. Feb. 28, 2022 at his residence. He was born Feb. 20, 1959 in Upper Sandusky to Richard and Hilda (Stewart) Boose. His father is deceased and mother survives in Wharton. On Sept. 8 1979 he married June Kin and she survives in Forest. June and Randy were married for 42 years. Also surviving are his 3 children Courtney (Kyle) Linke of Dunkirk, Richie (Nikki Wykes) of Forest and Megan (Gabe) Passet of Arlington. Randy also had 10 grandchildren of which he so loved and was so proud of. They include Wesley and Wyatt Linke, Emmah and Rory Boose, Preston and Cameron Wykes and Hollis, Hazel, Lyla and Sylvie Passet. Siblings who survive are Vicky (Todd) Brand of Wharton, Ron of Upper Sandusky and Roger of California. He was preceded in death by his father, his in-laws John and Rosemary Kin, sister-in-law Lori Kellogg and brother-in-laws Jim & Mike Hampton. Randy graduated in 1977 from Riverdale High School. He retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber in 2014 after 36 years of service. Randy had a love for farming and raising feeder cattle. His true joy was spending pizza nights with his kids and grandkids as well as sharing his love for working the land with his son and grandsons. Visitation is from 9:30AM-12:00PM Sat. March 5, 2022 at Clark Shields Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 12:30PM Sat. March 5, 2022 in Hueston Cemetery with Rev. Rex Roth officiating.
